The Bavta ControlCenter allows you to bring all your data together for the optimal treatment plan.

Activating the Runesten program allows you to:

Attach a normal Scanner for filling in physical documents, digital images, and remote camera sources into the Electronic Patient Record shown in Bavta 2D. From here you have complete functionality.

Default settings in the installation CD will automatically send the documents into the folder already created in the Local database of Bavta2D.

The program, Runesten, can be installed at the reception desk for the staff to fill in all relevant data to be displayed in 2D for the Doctor’s quick view of all necessary information on his screen together with new examination/images or other patient information.

This program can work with Dicom Worklist, HL7 from your existing system, or manually inserted patient data.  Query is possible in HIS, RIS, or other Administrative systems, containing patient information.

Patient registration can be opened remotely afterwards to record any changes.

Main feature: RUNESTEN connects all types of data to give an overview of Electronic Patient Records and can convert all documentation into DICOM 3.0.

Sword Protection 

When you receive digital images from other doctors, clinics, or hospitals and want an easy to use, secure import facility. The Sword is an especially designed solution for this.

External reading unit USB, ergonomically placed at the reception desk reads
ONLY image files, and prevents viruses or trojan horses from being imported. Only real images and other acknowledged data are automatically sent to storage, the doctor’s workstation, or both.

 

SMED is an advanced real-time image digitalizing and CD/DVD recording unit that can be connected to existing high-definition or standard definition TV chains. It's main advantage lies in its ability to acquire any signal and converting it into standard DICOM 3.0.

Smed will work with any analog or non-DICOM fluoroscopy unit, fixed or mobile angiographic unit for cardio, angio or conventional RF studies.  Simultaneous disk captures up to 25 frames per second, up to 1024x1024 video signal resolution.

Possibility of connection to the foot-switch for start/stop of acquisition.
Real-time cine playback up to 60 frames per second.
Dynamic contrast, brightness and image zooming adjustments.
Workflow optimization through DICOM Modality Work list.
Video clipping and standard video (AVI) generation.

The Dysse safe storage is scaleable and can serve multiple clinics.

Bavta IRIS (the Management System)

Controls all data and generates from scheduling, the scanning of physical documents, preparing work lists for the doctors and technicians, transferring all necessary data provided by staff, and adds historical data automatically from the DYSSE storage.

Adapts all procedure codes and transports voice attached to digital images.  Makes all data and reports ready for billing.

Makes all work easy, fast, and secure.  All input data is reusable and agreements of external doctors can be handled so the images, patient's history, and other information is sent for reporting automatically after technician completes the exam.

Dictate digitally and send to secretary or transcription service.

A 3-year warranty, upgrade/update contract on hard and software keeps you worry free and protected. While concentrating on your work, you need not be concerned about the Bavta system running.  You will always have an up-to-date system with the purchase of Bavta's update and upgrade services.

We also offer an optional annual onsite maintenance program. This service can be subscribed to on an annual basis. Just call us during regular business hours and within 16 working hours we will be onsite to perform any necessary repairs. Please ask for complete details....
